Depending on manufacturing quantities and on the required tolerances, we choose the right bending process for the right application either on standard press or on CNC bending machines

Laser cutting + bending

Our tunisian manufacturing site (Maghreb) has developped a real expertise in brackets, bending, welding, tapping and any type of small mechanical assembly

Metal parts are either laser cut or stamped depending on the raw material, the quantities and the expected accuracy. If the process is laser cutting, the raw material is made out of sheet metal. If the process is stamping, the raw material is made out of metal coils.

For mass production, we may offer our customers a cost efficient solution using special tools for forming the parts 

The assembly process may include welding (TIG, MIG) ou any type of mechanical assembly
