AIEV

1927 : AIEV is created in Saint Ouen (closed to Paris). Main activity is focused on design and manufacturing of pressing and stamping tooling

1985 : Move of the manufacturing plant to a bigger facility in Dangeau (closed to Chartres)

PROCIDEC

1976 : DUMAS, a subsidiary of USINOR SACILOR, creates a manufacturing shop of metallic washers: PROCIDEC

1987 : USINOR SACILOR focuses on its core business. The washers manufacturing activity is sold to a private owned group: LECLERC

PROCIDEC - AIEV industrie Group

1998 : PROCIDEC buys AIEV as a strategic industrial partnership. Both companies join their know-how in cutting and stamping on presses and laser machines and CNC machining.

2003 : Company focuses its activity on customer parts according to drawing and each site becomes specialized: one for prototypes/small run and the other on long run/large series.

2004 : ISOTS16949 / ISO9001 group certification.

2006 : New manufacturing site "MAGMET" is created in Tunisia.
