Since it was initially our core business when the company started, we produce most of our tooling whatever the type is. This internal know-how brings to the company a high flexibility and a full control of the cutting process from tool design to parts manufacturing. As a wittness of our long experience, we keep in storage more than 8000 different tools ready for use.

The choice of the raw material and the type of heat treatment and surface treatment depend not only on the type of parts material to cut but also on the expected parts accuracy and life duration of the tooling.

Our tooling department is equipped with wire cutting, centerless grinding machines and appropriate control device

The modular design of our tooling dedicated to large series production, allows an extremely short set-up time and cost effective solution.

The preventive maintenance of the tooling is realized internally using the geometric data  obtained from the production statistic control process fully embedded in our shop (SPC).
