Pioneer in France with the first edition of the ISO9001 quality system in 1987, we have focused our efforts on a common quality system for both sites from 2003. Our group obtained in September 2004 the ISO TS 16949 and ISO 9001 v 2000 certification.

The product quality requirements are continuously increasing and we have to adapt our measuring tools to those requirements:

• Digital video control for 100% control of the parts and a performance to 0 PPM
• Digital profile measuring devices for the geometry of the parts
• Up to the micron accuracy measuring tool and surface quality measuring tool for ground parts

People at each stage of the process are the main success factor of the product quality. We have developped quality control at each manufacturing workstation. All data of the quality control are integrated into our MRPII - Total Quality SPC module for traceability and statistical process purposes.
