Each manufacturing site has developed a network of heat treatment and surface treatment subcontractors.

These subcontractors like BODYCOT HIT, MARQUET, GALVANOPLAST, HEF have the expertise, the quality and environment processes required for following treatments:

• Heat treatment :

  • treatment in atmospheric environment (carbonitruration, cementing, curing, hardening)
  • inductive treatments
  • salt/bath treatments (cyanuration, hardening)
  • treatment in vacuum environment (nitrocarburation)

• Electroplating and chemical surface treatments :

  • White zinc, chromating with or without chrome VI
  • ARCOR
  • galvanising
  • anodising, PTFE
